Shipping Policy for Nature By MK

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  1. Domestic Shipping (Within the USA):

    • Standard Shipping:
      • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
      • Cost: $5.99 or FREE for orders over $50
    • Express Shipping:
      • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
      • Cost: $15.99

  2. International Shipping: (Canada Only)

    • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days
    • Cost: $20
    • Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees applicable in their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain international destinations may have restrictions on hair care products.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@naturebymk.com.
  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
